Greetngs,
I am a new user of MS Access 2000. I am trying to
develop a database to support my wife's home party
business. I have a Clients table with the usual name,
address & phone info. I also have a Party table with
date, time, hostessid(foreign key into the Clients table),
address & phone info. I want to create a input form with
a combo box displaying the First/Last name in the Client
table so the user can simply click on one to select the
party hostessid. That same click would also populate the
address & phone text boxes on the form from the same
Clients record. The cursor should then move to the
address text box to allow the user to overlay the pre-
populated contents with an alternate address. How can I
accomplish this?
