Perplexing form situation now

Ask your web host if the FrontPage Server Extensions are configured for
email.

your site doesn't have frontpage extensions installed, so...the form won't
work.
extensions need to be installed and working and you need to publish via the
http:// method

| If the "Submit" button is clicked on the form as it is now...
|
| http://www.burloaknannies.ca/fam_quest.htm
|
| ...it goes right to the "Thank You" for submitting page with no form
inputs
| sent to an email address because I left it blank.
|
| If I add the email address ([email protected]) I get the following
| message...
|
| Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
|
| Any suggestions?
|
| Thanks

I re-installed the Server Extensions through the Control Panel and off the
XP disk itself.
(2 different methods to ensure it was done.)
I re-published the form through Front Page and I still get the same
scenarios with or without an email for the form results.

I did send an email to the ISP to ask them if it's something on their end.

they're there now...weren't when I looked before.

btw...this ain't gonna work: file:///C:/BON Web/_private/form_results.txt
your webform isn't going to save results to your C: drive.
