Persitent Popups despite the Popup blocker

I have Google popup installed that blocks manu popups. I can see the popup
being blocked when the cursor shape changes to indicate the blocking.
However, some popups continue to get through. These popus appear no
different from the one that got blocked.

Is there a setting that could ensure blocking such popus?

account will be deleted without reading.
