Person Name Tags

I am unable to Enable Person Names Smart Tags. I have make sure that the
option is check, I have even uncheck it - closed Outlook and then check the
option again and I can not get this feature to work on one of your computers.

We are using Windows XP with Outlook 2003.

Any ideas?
