Person Names Smart Tag

I just installed Windows Messenger 5.1 (previously used 4.7) and now Outlook
2003 let's me keep "Enable the Person Names Smart Tag" option checked but not
"Display Messenger Status in the Form Field". I check it and click 'OK' but
when I go back to that option it remains unchecked.
