Hi,
We are running Outlook 2003 with and Exchange backend. This morning one of
my users called me to say that she was getting an error message when she
launches OL.
The message reads:
Your personal address book could not be opened. the file is either not
accessible or is not a personal address book. Choose Retry to use your
personal address book, or choose Cancel to not use your personal address
book with this application.
Clicking Retry does nothing, clicking Cancel closes OL.
Please note that this user is working via Citrix today and I replaced our
file server over the weekend. I did not change the Citrix configuration or
the Exchange server. I am suspecting possibly a file rights issue on the
file server but haven't been able to track it down.
Any thoughts? This is the only user experiencing this problem so far and
she's not able to read her email at all this way.
