Personal address book to show email addresses only

Can the personal address book only show email addresses. All my contacts
have Fax numbers and when you go to pick the address to send the email to I
have to check to make sure I have the email.

Or can the select name dialoge box be made wider so that I can see more
information.

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
