Personal Address Book

I do not want to use Contacts but have my email addresses in my Personal
Address Book. I have just had my system updated due to a crash and can't
figure out how to make the personal address book work.

You'll need to supply your Outlook version.

Why don't you want to use Contacts? THey're more functional than the PAB.
