Our school uses MS Outlook 2003. We also use the MS Exchange server. In
trying to get the teachers to start using calendar options, such as setting
up appointments/meetings with each other I want to make sure I'm giving them
the correct information.
If they initiate a meeting request within their OWN personal calendar (not
the PUBLIC calendar I set up on the network), they will NOT be able to see
each other's 'busy' times, correct? They will only see this if they initiate
the meeting request using the PUBLIC calendar, correct?
