Personal Files Backup wont install

I am trying to install the personal files backup tool from the Outlook 2003
ad-in page. When I install, I get a message that it is already installed and
must be removed using add/remove programs in control panel. The program has
not been installed nor does it show in the add/remove programs. This is a
great tool that I have installed on other users computers at our organization
but cannot get it to install on my own.

Any help would be appreaciated
