Personal Folder Backup error

We are currently using the Outlook Personal Folder Backup
utility (PFBACKUP.EXE) to assist with weekly .pst file
backup for a small group of users. In the past few weeks
we have been experiening issues with the tool causing a
range of issues from not linking the appropriate .pst
file, not finding .pst files to backup or not even running
at the apropriate interval.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times
(I did see a KB article on the uninstall process and
followed those instructions), and that has not seemed to
have corrected our issue.

Has anyone come across this and possibly have a resolution
for it?
