Personal folder not closed properly- outlook 2003

I am lately getting the following when re open Outlook. I have 2003 installed.

The data file Personal Folders not closed properly. File is being checked
for erros. It takes a whole 15/20 mintues for outlook to open up. Any
remedial measures?
