personal folder

i have a user with a personal folder in outlook 2003 that you can right click
select close but it says "the operation failed. an object cannot be found"
better yet is that there are no data files in the mail settings. suggestions
to get rid of the folder???

Presumably you mean no other data files in Data Management?
If so create a new profile, not copy, yours is corrupt
