Personal Folders Backup Add-in

Hi:
For Outlook 2002.
After the above software is installed SUCCESSFULLY, when I
open the Outlook FILE MENU the word BACKUP is not there.

I have uninstallaed and reinstalled the MS add-in twice,
and the message says "successful" installation.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what to do
about it?

See if you get the icon back when you completely reset the Toolbar. To
completely reset the Toolbar rename outcmd.dat to outcmd.old
