"Personal Folders Backup" tool problem

I dowloaded the "Personal Folders Backup" tool and installed it. The download
link is:

Then I selected all three folders (including 1 archive folder) in options to
back up to a network share. When I exit outlook it starts copying files over
to the destinataion, but it insisted copying only 1 folder (which is about 1
Mb in size) instead of all three (total 100 Mb in size) I chose, as I have
verified by attaching the generated backup pst file to outlook.

Any ideas?
