Personal Folders Backup Tool

Unable to install pfbackup.exe downloaded from Microsoft
site. Keeps saying I already have a previous version
installed and that I should say Yes to uninstall previous
version. When I clicked Yes, it said it cannot uninstall
previous version and that I should go to Ctrl Panel
Add/Remove Programs to uninstall previous version first.
When I go to Add/Remove Programs, the Microsoft Personal
Folders Backup Tool is not even listed.

I am using Win XP SP1 and Outlook 2003 SP1.

Guess Who

Have you taken a peek into the addin manager to see if the backup utility is
listed? If it is try removing it from there.
