personal folders backup will not load

I have downloaded and have been using pfbackup 2003 with Outlook 2003 for
several months. The other day when I started outlook I got an error telling
me there was problem loading backup and that it would be disabled for this
session. I can not now re-enable this add-in. I have tried removing it from
outlook, then removing it from add remove programs, then reinstall. When I
view com add-ins in outlook I see it listed there and I check the box, but
when I exit it will not retain the check. I go back in and sure enough the
box is unchecked again. How can I start troubleshooting this problem.

Did you try the Disabled Items button on the Help | About Microsoft Outlook
dialog?
