Personal Folders Backup

I downloaded the outlook personal folders backup utility
fromthe Microsoft download site and installed it on my PC.
It seemed to install withoiut problem but Backup is not
available as an option on my file menu and it does not
appear in the Add-Ins page under Options. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and got the
same result each time.

We use Persoanl Folders as a repository for messages with
large attachments that users want to keep but that would
put them over their mailbox storage limit on the Exchange
Server.

Can anyone help with getting this tool working ?
