Personal Folders from home

Thanks in advance for all of your comments and
suggestions regarding this matter.

I recently setup an employee with a VPN connection from
home. Outlook functions as it should. By that, I mean
they are able to check email as well as perform all email
functions.

However, the folders the user has created at the office
do not show up when using outlook from home.

How do I get these folders to show up on outlook while
the user is connected from home via VPN? The public
folders show up just fine.
