personal folders wont open or close

I have Outlook 2002 and I use personal folders to store all my emails but for
some or no reason I have 2 sets of folders one that I use constantly and the
other that I cannot close or even open. The error I get is:
"Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the
specified folder location. The .DLL file for the information service could
not be found. MAPI was unable to load the information service pstprx.dll. Be
sure the service is correctly installed and configured."

Any ideas

apply (or reapply) the latest service pack for Office XP (or Outlook 2002).

I have reapplied the service pack for Office XP did not make any difference.

But I have managed to sort the problem out. I just took my profile off and
re-added all the settings needed to connect to our exchange server. Before I
did this I just made a backup of the personal folders that I was using and
then once I had re-entered the details in, I just opened them and they are
now ready for use.
