Personal Forms Library

I was wondering if it was possible to make my Personal Forms Library the
default library that is openned when you open Tools - Forms - Choose Forms?
I am using Microsoft 2003.

I've looked for years for an option to do that and never found one.

FYI, there is a newsgroup specifically for Outlook forms issues "down the hall" at microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms or, via web interface, at http://www.microsoft.com/office/com...spx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_forms
