Personal Forms

I have a receptionist who is responsible for screening calls for 15 people.
Rather than writing each message on a form, I would like her to simply send
the person an e-mail. I downloaded a from from Micorsoft called "While You
Were Out". The form is currently stored in the personal forms directory. I
want to put a shortcut on the toolbar for her so that she simply clicks on it
to get the form. Right now she has to do several steps to bring up the form.


Is there a way to put a shortcut to the form on the toolbar?

I have the same program which works great. Locate the file or program and
drag it onto the navigation pane or task pane. From there, it will always
deploy with only one click. At first you may have to open a few windows and
resize so you can see and work with the file drag and copy over issue.
