personal mail folder - operation failed, object could not be foun

trying to close "personal folders" from outlook (the pst file has already
been deleted) I get an object can't be found message. How do I close/delete
the folder from my "all mail folders" list

Aloha Rich,

Try this. Close Outlook. Go to Control Panel | Mail | Data Files and remove
it from there.

In the future it would be helpful if you mentioned what version of Outlook
you're using.

Outlook 2003 - Unfortunately, the folder "personal folders" does not appear
there,(I have 2 "real" pst's open and a "personal folders" which is in limbo.
