Personal.xls workbook duplicated

I have recently had a new pc given to me at work. I use a lot of macro'
and they are stored in the Personal.xls workbook in the Xlstart folde
along with the Excel.xlb file for personalised toolbars.

Since the switch I seem to have an extra Xlstart folder in an Excel1
folder which seem to be causing a conflict.

Any ideas about what I should do?

The main problem is that when I click on one of my personalised menu
to run a macro I get a message saying that the Personal.xls workbook i
already open

You can find the correct location here of the file

You can open your personal file and make it visible and do a saveas as xlsb
so it is in the new format (smaller size).
Then delete your old personal file

There are no toolbars in 2007 so I suggest that you use something like this to store and call your macros
