Personalising an email

Hello there,

I have a simple question..

#Question:#
Is it possible to personalise the subject of a mail that is already in my
inbox?

#Description:#
When I scan a document from the scanner in my office, I directly get the
copy to my inbox, with a rather uninteresting subject. I want to keep track
of all the documents that I scan and this means I need to save them in my
mailbox with a subject that makes some sense. Is there a possibility with
Outlook 2007 or 2010 beta.

I find I can open the message and just click on the subject and star
typing to change it

Double-click the e-mail to open it (in its own window). Use the Edit ->
Edit Message menu. Position the insert point somewhere in the Subject
field. Edit the text however you want. Close the window and elect to save
changes.
