I would like to personalize colors on my excel sheets but I can't find where to do it..

I would like to personalize colors on my excel sheets but I can't find where
to do it..
Can somebody help please!

Preferences/Color.

If you want to always use the same personalized colors for new
workbooks, create a default template with the color scheme. See the XL
Help "Control how workbooks and sheets are created" topic, "Change the
format and settings for new sheets" subtopic.
