Personalize Infopath Email

I have created a template newsletter form in infopath to use to send
to recipients on an Outlook data base.

I would like the form to include a personalised greeting eg "Dear
Recipient", but I haven't got a clue haw to draw in this info from
Outlook.

Any Ideas
