I recently began using the mail merge feature in MS Word to generate personalized HTML messages that I send through Entourage to members of a group. This worked great for a couple of weeks, but recently the messages placed into my outbox do not include my signature. I have several signatures. I have selected particular signatures in the default signature drop down list on the Options tab of my mail account and I have selected random signatures. I have marked signatures to appear in my random list and I have unmarked them also. This was not a problem a week ago but, now, nothing seems to work. I am also seeing a message "A script is trying to send a message" from time to time.

Check your rules and your Mailing List Manager rules. It sounds like a
script is being called in a rule.

Entourage has a preference to notify you that an external application is
trying to access it. Look under Entourage menu --> Preferences... -->
Security and de-select "Warn before allowing an external application to
send mail" and "Warn before allowing an external application to access
the address book".

This may be interfering with Entourage's ability to append your
signatures as well.

Hope this helps!
