You can create a distribution list and give it a specific name such as
"Customer List", then add contacts to your list. When you send an email to
your list, send it to yourself and add your list name to the BCC(blind copy).
Also, add your email address to the distribution list to make sure your
email goes through. If you have a second email address this is the one you
want to add. I've been doing this for a couple of years until a recent
problem I've encountered when I tried to install the encryption file in the
options folder. DO NOT DO THIS! It will foul things up. I'm trying to
figure out how to undo this as we speak.
