Hi all,
I have been asked to create an HR/Personel package in
Access (preferably) or Excel. Basic stuff with staff
details, monthly/yearly costs etc. But with high turnover
and lots of teams, and actual pay info overwriting monthly
projections, it can become increasingly messy.
I would like to get a demo/more details of any
Access/Excel based system if they exist, or a demo of a
non-Access one. The only system that comes to mind is
Microsofts HeadTrax system, but there are very few
technical details about it around. I'm mainly looking for
inspiration and guidance on the right direction as to how
to approach this project.
