PERT Analysis

Hi,

After running the calculate tool in the PERT Analysis toolbar I need to
change some durations manually.

How can I run a new calculation without changing the task duration of those
tasks that I changed manually?

Hi PDP,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

If you want to keep the Duration you've changed, then make the pessimistic,
expected and optimistic the same.
