pfbackup.exe add-in

This add-in has worked well until recetly. Now when I close Outlook (2003)
the back-up window momentarily appears but dissapears before I can select to
back-up my pst files. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling and
re-registering the outbak.dll file - all to no avail.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I'm using Windows XP +SP2 and other add-ins are as follows:
