I was using the personal folder backup utility
(pfbackup.exe) in Outlook 2002. I was forced to move to a
new domain in my work environment which required me to set
up a new profile. I copied all of my outlook files from
one profile to the new but now the backup option is no
longer available under Outlook-> File->.
If I try to re-install, it prompts me with "software
already exists". It doesn't show as installed under
Control Panel-> Add/Remove programs so I can't remove. Any
ideas how/where I can find existing software in Outlook
profile or how I can remove so that re-install can take
place?
