pfbackup uninstallation

I had uninstalled backup utility for outlook 2003. Now when I try to install
it back again it says that I have a previous version and I have to uninstall
it before I can install the new back up. This does not appear in the
add/remove programs list and I have tried all possible means to find this
file or reference but was not successful.

Could someone please help me in getting this back on track?
