PFC Pro and PowerPoint

I lose my video when I insert a DVD clip (PFC Pro) into a PowerPoint slide
and then use the presenter view. Audio plays but no video on either the
notebook or the projector image. Any suggestions?

I would suggest contacting the PFC vendor directly with some additional
information. Operating system, PowerPoint version, laptop manufacturer and
such.

Thanks Bill, I called them and I wasn't able to solve the problem. The
reaction I received was that PowerPoint doesn't like to take video, but I
have used videos in the past. They made some suggestions that did not work
but I am going to try them again. The problem is related to the presenter
view and seems fixable to me.
