I downloaded the demos of PFC Pro for office 2k3 and Vista. I've been
testing putting a scene from a DVD into a PPT slide, but have a major snag.
The video spins up on the right Mark In time, but always keeps on playing
the DVD scene and ignoring/blowing past the Mark Out time I designated. I've
tested this in both OS demos and can't get the Mark Out to work.
Steps:
1) Launch PFC Pro from PPT
2) Play the DVD
3) Find scene where I want to cut in
4) Pause DVD with PFC buttons
5) Click Mark-In command buton
6) Resume DVD Play until scene ends
7) Pause DVD with PFC buttons
8) Click on Mark Out command button
9) Click Aply/Test
10) Watch test run...observe DVD blow past Mark Out (within PFC)
11) Pause DVD
12) Verify Mark Out is where I want it
13) Finish/Insert into PPT
14) Launch slide show to test
15) MARK IN queues up fine
16) MARK OUT gets ignored - DVD continues to play movie
17) Bang head on keyboard.
Any ideas?
