Phantom Mailbox

I have a user who deleted an additional mailbox from his E-Mail profile
through Outlook=>Tools=>E-mail Accounts. However even though the account
disappeared from the list in Microsoft Exchange Server Advanced properties
Tab, it is still present in the "All Mail Folders" pane of Outlook 2003.
Tried a detect and repair... Any help will be greatly appreciated.
