phantom messages

I had 9 messages however after following your advice and downloading
OutlookSpy I have managed to remove 8 of them. I have 1 stubborn read reciept
left with the messsage: IMAPIFOLDER:elete messages0 returned
MAPI_W_PARTIAL_COMPLETION.

Do you have any other ideas?

Place Outlook in offline mode by File-> Work Offline. Then restart Outlook
(wait for the outlook.exe to stop) and try again.

I have more now.

Will I have to go through this process everytime I get a phantom message of
is it possible to download or cahnge the setings in some way??
