Most of my "appointments" are actually phone calls. Outlook works great when
one clicks on a contact and then makes a phone record. But is there a way to
do this so that you can set the time for the future and have it appear in the
calendar. Then you can also use it record phone call information? Now I have
to set up an appointment, & add the contact information to the subject line.
If I use the appt. to record information on the call, it looks like it was an
in-person meeting? Is there a better way to do this?
