Phone book that prints on 1/4 page

I am looking for a phone book that will print on 1/4 of a standard 8.5 x 11
page. I have found several but they want to print each name on a separate page.
At one time i had one for a Macintosh that would print on several sized pages
including 1/4 page AND if there were blank fields, they were skipped. It would
fit as many addresses on one page as possible and leave no blank fields. I now
use TrueSync from Starfish as my address book on the computer. I am having a
lot of trouble trying to export it to Outlook. I know I could do a work around
with Outlook and print on 1/4 pages from Outlook if I could get Outlook to
accept the names from TrueSync or even a text file. I don't use Outlook for my
address book because i don't know how and TrueSync works great except I can't
print out updated phone books as I would like on 1/4 pages.

You need to use a "catalog" or "directory" merge.
