Phone dialer stops dialing too soon when using custom calling card.

Greetings.

I have been trying to get outlook dial an international number with a
calling card.

I made a custom calling card which goes like this..

Dial the access no
wait for 8 secs
dial the Pin Number
Wait for 12 secs
Dial the actual number <international no>


It works ok until step 4. But before dialing the actual number it
pops up with "The call cannot be completed as dialed.".

I understand outlook dialer is handing the call off to the voice line
at that point thinking that dialing is complete. But it isnt. How do
I configure this to dial the whole number out? Is it a timeout
somewhere? I coudnt find anything in my search through various dialog
boxes.
