Phone icon in clipboard !

hi all , everytime i open a new document in word, after right clicking on
the page, there is something in the clipboard, its a small icon of a phone,
ive tried renaming and replacing the normal.dot file but when it replaces it
the same thing happens, any help would be appreciated.

Hi Marty,

It sounds like you have a template that is loading from one of your startup folder that is applying the icon to your clipboard.

Check the office startup folders and see if you have any templates loaded in there. If you do drag them out to the desktop
and seei if the icon is still there

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office|Office|Startup

Thanks for the reply Lisa, but i have tried all that and its still the same,
ive checked and it looks like the icon is in all templates, ran virus check
and disabled plug-in for Norton AV, i did connect my laptop and my pc over
the last week and the icon is on my laptop as well :-(

Hope someone can help
