phone icon

first sorry for my english
my pb is i have ms outlook2007 when i recive message i have phone icon in
the message ,when i clic in the message to open it i have anather windows
said unlock the message or keep lock ...i lik to recive message with out that
is some thing in setup of outlook or wthat
help please

yes the laste one in the first line icone message with phone ,,but how i can
setup my outlook to have all message normal not with this icone and open them
direct not in 3 steps please
