Phone marketing campain

I have three problems in launching a phone marketing campain in Business
Contact Manager 2007.

I cant filter out the contacts that I want to call
I cant print a list of these contacts that includes both name of company and
person
I cant add a reference to a call that has already been made and in this way
stop others from calling the same person again if the contact is a No go.

Do anyone know how to solve this?
