Phone Message Notes as a template other than OneNote

Looking to Keep Track of Phone Messages and e-mail. Using Access 2003 or
Excel 2003. Do not have One Note

There are several options you can use. You can design a Form template in
Outlook for this purpose.

There's also a simple Phone Message program you can download and at:
