Phone Message Notes as a template other than OneNote

Looking to Keep Track of Phone Messages and e-mail. Using Access 2003 or
Excel 2003. Do not have One Note

I know there used to be a Word template. I would think it would be easy
enought to set up an Excel spreadsheet. Pop in a few column headers and call
it a day.

There are several options you can use. You can design a Form template in
Outlook for this purpose.
