Phone Number Question

I just purchased Access 2002 and when I pick any of the
phone number options they do not automatically format as a
phone number. When I enter the phone number into the
database it comes out as one long number without any
dashes. How can I get the dashes in the numbers?

If you use the Input Mask property from the design view of a form or a
table, look for the popup window which asks: "How do you want to store the
data?". The default selection is to store the phone number data without
symbols, you must select the first option: "With the symbols".
