Photo Album for your site-what's a good one?

I'd like to have a very flexible photoalbum on my website (not the FP one)
where registered visitors can upload their own pictures. I would approve the
picture first before making it public.

Another good feature would be for people to leave comments for that
particular picture and it would show up under that photo. I would approve the
comment first before making it public.

Does anyone know of a good photo album web software, either as an FP add-in
or a PHP program that would do something like this?

There is nothing like that for FP add-in.
