Photo attachments

Recipients receiving my photo attachments sent via Outllok can open my file
to see the photo using Picture Manager but can also press the forward arrow
button under the picture and scroll through some other photos that appear to
be mysteriously incorporated in the attachment.

I want the recipient to only see the one photo I have attached not the
others. How do I do that?
