Photo Default software

Any ideas on how to change mt photo default software. I had Dell but now want to use MS Digital Image Pro 9. Everytime I click on a thumbnail I have on my site I get a message saying Dell photo software not avail. I would like to make the MS DI 9 my default software when working on photos in FP 2003.
