Photo displays in Frontpage 2002 in preview but not in IE 6

Hello, I am stuck on a webpage, several photos display ok but one will
not show. Where it should be is just a red cross. does this mean the
server can't find the photo in the image folder? The photo in question
is a copy of one displayed elsewhere in my website but the copy was
renamed and is located in the Images folder for the web. Frontpage does
show the photo in its preview mode ok. Can anyone give me some
information about the conditions under which a photo won't display in
the browser.
Thanks

Yup; the server can't find the requested file, so you get
the red-x
Besides making sure the image is there, I would rename your
images- spaces can be issues in URLs. I prefer letters &
numbers only, but I am OK with dashers and underscores also.
Alot of time I will just capitalize the first letter of each
word- just make sure the case matches between the name and
the pictures URL as some servers (eg Unix) are case
sensitive, while others (ie Windows IIS) are not.

Image URL: http://freshfordmill.co.uk/images/freshford mill
bridge flood.JPG
becomes:
http://freshfordmill.co.uk/images/freshford mill bridge flood.JPG

acceptable:
http://freshfordmill.co.uk/images/FreshfordMillBridgeFlood.JPG
http://freshfordmill.co.uk/images/freshford-mill-bridge-flood.JPG

Thanks Mike! exactly the problem, I just renamed the file in the images
folder and used underscores instead of the spaces. Frontpage then did
some updating and I republished.
